So, 2024 marks the 10th anniversary of starting my So, 2024 marks the 10th anniversary of starting my self employed life. It’s been 10 yrs since I went off the grid. Stressful… oh - you bet! Smooth at times...yes - for sure! Being my own boss for almost a decade has been - all in all - pretty glorious! 🌟 So TODAY is a milestone, I’m celebrating 10 years of self-employment, & another trip around the sun! 🥂💥🪐 Cheers & happy Friday!
Fall brings about a shift in our environment, as w Fall brings about a shift in our environment, as well as in our energy levels. The days become shorter, the weather cools down, & the demands of work may increase. It’s during this transitional period that self-care becomes even more important. This could include activities like enjoying a relaxing bath (with nice bubbles!) your favorite fall-scented candle, practicing yoga & getting a relaxing massage.. Eating foods that warm you & keep you grounded like soups & lots of root vegetables. See you out there ! 🍁🍂🧡
